Rules

• HAVE OUR BANNER UP FIRST!
  I don't care who you are, what you're doing, whether you run the site or not. If you want to advertise anything here, you must put our banner up before the ad is made. No exceptions. If I click the link and I don't see our banner, the link in your ad will be deleted on the spot. Period...
  
• No Useless Bumping
  You may bump your thread every once and awhile but do not continuously tell us about every single major and minor change you happen to carry out on your site. Do not alert us to skin changes or member increases or anything like that. If you bump the thread more than three times a month, the ad will be deleted.
  
• If you have a banner, post the code in your ad so we may put it up here.
  We're nice people. We'll advertise for those who advertise for us. If you give us a banner, and you put up our banner first, we will fly yours as well.
  
• These rules also apply to guests!
  Just because you don't belong to this site, that doesn't mean you don't have to follow these rules. Your ad can be modified, deleted and destroyed all the same. If anything, I'm stricter about guest advertising. I'm pretty much allowing you to use the space on my site. The least you could do is obey the rules.
